Lucky Mountain Games, Sumo Nottingham and Curve Digital have announced a new 90s inspired arcade racer, Hotshot Racing, which will release on September 10th for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The game will be priced at £15.99 / €19.99 / $19.99 USD. Hotshot Racing will also be available Xbox’s GamePass streaming service on Day 1.

The game is currently being developed by racing game veterans Lucky Mountain Games and Sumo Nottingham; studios who previously worked on OutRun 2 and SEGA All Stars Racing Transformed; among others.

Hotshot Racing will feature sharp retro visuals, sleek 60 frames per second gameplay on all platforms, multiple single-player championships, 8-player online game modes and 4-player local split-screen play.

Players will be able to enjoy a handful of game modes: Time Trial , Grand Prix ,Cops and Robbers, and Drive or Explode; all of which will be playable solo, four-player split-screen and eight-player online; except Time Trial which is solo play only.
