Hideo Kojima Reveals More Death Stranding Character Footage and Our First Look at Proper Gameplay

Last night at Geoff Keighley’s Pre-Gamescom Opening Night Live showcase, Hideo Kojima stepped on stage with three videos revealing more about the confusing upcoming title, Death Stranding.

We got a look at Mama played by Margaret Qualley as we learned she gave birth to a still born probably due to the Death Stranding so the baby lives in the world of the dead. Next up, Deadman played by Guillermo del Toro and voiced by Jesse Corti and Bridge Baby in the same trailer, here we got insight into what Bridge Babie are! Finally, we got to see gameplay starting with Sam *ahem* relieving himself with a bladder counter that depletes as you go about your business… only Kojima.
