Expanded story and more included.
A new trailer for Dragon Quest X!: Tales of the Elusive Age was shown during Nintendo’s E3 Direct show, with the game arriving on September 27. Having already been shown during Square Enix’s conference, this trailer gave us a handful of changes, with the Definitive Edition getting an option to speed through battles and more.
Along with the battle speed changes, you’ll get an expanded story, a few more monsters to drive around, and you’ll get to travel to Dragon Quest world from years past. We’re not entirely sure how this will work but it’s a nifty feature nonetheless.
Dragon Quest XI’s Definitive Edition will arrive on Switch come September 27.
