See you in hell.
Bethesda revealed a new story trailer for DOOM Eternal as well as Battlemode, a new 2v1 multiplayer. A release date was also revealed and is set for November 22, 2019. You can check out the trailer below:
Battlemode has two players running around as demons, while another player is a Slayer with a full loadout. Demons are able to summon AI companions to help buff their chances of winning, while the Slayer will be expected to survive using brute killing force and whatever skills you can muster between demon murders.
The gameplay footage we saw in the new story trailer wasn’t so much about a story as it was a string of gruesome kills. Doom Eternal, in essence, doesn’t look like it’s going to stray too far from the 2016 reboot, with footage showing off the need to use Glory Kills to not only look like a bad-ass Slayer but to vacuum up a few extra resources.
Doom Eternal will arrive on November 22 for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch.
