Read all about it!

It’s Saturday morning and that can only mean one thing – yep, it’s time for another of our Weekly News Roundups, where we bring you all the news from the last week and pop into one handy article. And by some massive coincidence, here it is:

Blizzard’s original Diablo is now available on GOG.com

Blizzard‘s action-RPG, Diablo, is now available via GOG.com and will be the first of several classic Blizzard games to be released on the platform.

GOG has teamed up with Blizzard to bring a select number of classic titles to the PC platform, starting with the original Diablo, which is available now. Warcraft: Orcs & Humans and Warcraft 2 are expected to follow in the future.

“We were bummed that these iconic games weren’t available to our players, so we‘re very happy to work with the crew at GOG.com to rectify that,” said Rob Bridenbecker, Vice President and Executive Producer, Blizzard Entertainment. “This has been a long time coming and we hope our players will be excited to jump back into these classic titles.”

Xbox Game Pass March games detailed

Several new titles have been revealed for Xbox Game Pass‘ March Wave 1, including Just Cause 4.

Just Cause 4 is available now, along with Lego Batman 2 and F1 2018 and Fallout 4 are expected to follow, landing on March 14.

If you’re somehow unfamiliar with the Xbox Game Pass, it’s a monthly subscription that gives you access to a whole library of games that you can download and play for free. Notable titles that have been added to the Game Pass in the past are Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon 4, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Battlefield 5’s Battle Royale mode may have been leaked

We know that Battlefield 5 is getting a battle royale mode named ‘Firestorm’ and that it’s supposedly arriving this month. A video has now appeared online, seemingly showing off the upcoming game mode.

If authentic – and the video certainly seems to back up the info that was datamined and posted to Reddit, earlier this week – you can expect to play in solos, duos or squads with a total of 64 players per game. Also, according to the Reddit post, there will be various ‘dynamic objectives’ such as resupply points and ‘vehicle breakouts.’

An official launch date for Battlefield 5’s battle royale mode has yet to be announced so we’ll have to wait to find out how accurate the contents of the Reddit post – along with the leaked video – actually are.

Thanks, PCGamesN!
