As previously disclosed, on October 3, 2018
Michael Morhaime entered into an agreement with Activision Blizzard, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to which he would provide strategic advice to the Company in an advisory capacity. Mr. Morhaime’s employment with the Company as a strategic advisor will conclude on April 7, 2019.

There has been a lot of movement in the management of Activision Blizzard over the past few months, so it will be interesting to see how current Blizzard President J. Allen Brack moves the company forward. It’s certainly a tumultuous time for the games company, but hopefully they can resolve their problems and get back to making good games of the like that heralded their initial ascendancy.
