Vampyr Will Get Two New Game Modes in Content Update

The update is expected later this summer.

DONTNOD Entertainment’s action-RPG, Vampyr, will receive a content update on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC which will include two new game modes, and is set to arrive later this summer.

The update will introduce two additional game modes; Story mode and Hard mode, giving players more control over the way they experience the game.

Story mode will allow players the chance to play through the game and experience the story without worrying about gruelling combat, while Hard mode will ramp up the difficulty significantly, appealing to players that enjoy a challenge. Additionally, Hard mode players will receive less experience from taking down enemies and will force them to rely more on ’embracing citizens to grow in power.’

The update will also see a number of optimisation tweaks applied to the game.

Vampyr is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
