Multiplayer Coming To Final Fantasy XV

Square Enix has announced it will have a closed online beta test for FFXV’s upcoming multiplayer expansion dubbed Comrades.

Starting next Tuesday, players who have the Final Fantasy XV Season pass with an active Xbox Live Gold Membership or a PlayStation Plus Subscription will be able to test drive the upcoming multiplayer component of FFXV.

Available from Thursday 3rd to Tuesday 8th August 2017, the closed online test for will be available simultaneously across all regions worldwide, allowing players to create their own custom avatars and join with up to 3 players to participate in multiplayer-based quests to bring the Light back to Lucis.

Considering this is a closed beta, the content will vary from the final product. Unfortunately, data from the beta will not be carried over to the final product.
