For the yearly E3 festivities, Cyanide Studios and publisher Focus Home Interactive released a new trailer for the upcoming Lovecraft Universe based RPG: Call of Cthulhu.
Call of Cthulhu is a stealth psychological horror title set in Boston during the 1920s where players, as private investigator Edward Pierce, travel to Darkwater Island to investigate the mysterious death of Sarah Hawkins.
To amp up the experience, the developer has implemented a unique sanity and psychosis crisis mechanics which may cause players to doubt their own senses. Obviously, a murder case isn’t easy, which is why Pierce will be able to recruit a small team of investigators in order to get to the bottom of this investigation.
Call of Cthulhu si currently set for a late 2017 release for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
