One of the very most beloved series in the JRPG genre, The Tales Of series celebrates it’s 20th anniversary. Surfacing in 1995, the series has since gained a legion of fans, hooked on it’s engrossing storylines, depth of emotion and character design, not to mention the battle system.
Now BANDAI NAMCO Games have paid homage to the legendary series through a beautifully put together video, taking its fans through the timeline of each game. Coming to our consoles is Tales of Zestiria, which is most definitely a fitting tribute, bringing together four of the main designers who together created the series. As well as referencing past games, Tales of Zestiria will be revisiting its medieval roots. The fantasy story centres around Sorey and the Seraphims, who are unable to be seen by humans.
Sorey is set with the task of fighting the human darkness in a bid to reverse the evil contaminating the world, set across backdrop of a war and political differences between the Hyland Kingdom and the Rolance Empire.
