Update: release date now reads June 20.
Update: Twitter user @nibellion has spotted a change in the store page source code, which now says Cadence of Hyrule – Crypt of the NecroDance will release on June 20. We can’t confirm this change as Nintendo’s source code now leads to a 403 but Nibel has shared a screenshot.

Original story: Cadence of Hyrule – Crypt of the NecroDancer threw up a delightful look at a crossover between Zelda and Crypt of the NecroDancer when it was announced during a Nintendo Direct not too long ago. And it seems that the game might be arriving much sooner than expected, may 30 to be exact, if rumours are to be believed.

Twitter user Wario64, who has proved fairly reliable in the past, tweeted that a May 30 release date was found in the source code of Nintendo’s store website. It means that if the code on the page is correct, we’ll be able to get our hands of Cadence of Hyrule – Crypt of the Necrodancer in just two days.
The game features a crossover of characters and locations as NecroDancer’s cast team up with Zelda and Link as playable characters to go dungeon crawling across Hyrule.
