Welcome to a special One Hour Tour! Seeing as we’re in October, I’m trying to get more horror oriented content. I was a bit baffled as to what to play. I did Claire a few weeks ago and let’s just say that the Outlast 2 Demo came in at the right time!
I reviewed the first game a few years ago, which I enjoyed, but I had no interest in a sequel. The demo quickly changed that. I found myself very entertained and managed to get a few good scares. The game has a The Hills Have Eyes feel to it, which is a great thing.
If this is a sign of things to come for the sequel, sign me up! Please note that the demo was very short so I played it twice, trying to find additional stuff or secrets, but alas the demo is pretty straight forward. And yes I jumped at the same spots both times.
