During last weekend’s EVO 2015 event, Capcom revealed a new fighter for Street Fighter V.
After announcing returning faces, Capcom now announced a brand new character (the first of four) for this latest entry in the long-running SF franchise. You might’ve picked up on a clue at the end of the Ken reveal trailer.
This new face is called Necalli “utilizes a wild, animalistic fighting style to brutalize his opponents.”
“Players who enjoy a straight forward, hard hitting character will feel right at home with Necalli, as he possesses a wide variety of savage, close range attacks, as well as a command grab, all with the goal of demolishing his foes.” explains Peter Rosas, Capcom’s Community Manager. You can get more details about Necalli over at the Playstation Blog.
Street Fighter V hits store shelves exclusively for PC and PS4 next Spring. SFV will feature (only) 16 characters out of the box while additional fighters will be available via DLC either by purchasing them or unlocking them by playing the game.
